Writing a finished workout to Apple Health happens on your iPhone, so it does not need a signal.

Workouts: the lift, HIIT and cardio sessions you log or finish in Hector. While the Blood pressure section is on (it is on unless you turn it off in Settings), also the readings you enter. Your sets, weights and reps stay in Hector.

You choose each permission, and you can change it in the Health settings on your iPhone. The Apple Health page lists what Hector reads.

Yes. With a lift session open on your iPhone, the Watch shows your next set. Confirm it, or change reps and weight first, and the set records on your iPhone.

The Watch also has its own rest timer, which taps your wrist when rest is over.

Yes. The first week and the sixth year look the same here: pick the exercise, log the set, rest.

No. Logging and recent history stay free. A subscription unlocks the premium features, such as AI weekly plans and Eat Now.

Export: in Settings, Export My Lifts builds a CSV file of every set you have logged, with the date, exercise, set number, weight in pounds, reps and whether it was to failure. Share it or save it from the share sheet.

Delete: in Settings, Delete Account schedules your account to be deleted in 30 days, and the app shows you the date. Sign in before then to keep it. After that we erase your sign-in, workout history, training profile and plans. We keep your health-check answers and terms consent for 6 years in case of a legal claim, plus an anonymous summary with no name or email. Apple Health data stays in Health, and deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. The privacy policy has the full detail.
